Refund policy

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try it for 30 days. If you don't feel the difference, email us and we'll refund you. That's the whole policy — everything below is just the detail.

If you've opened it

Supplements take a few weeks to do anything, so we're not going to ask you to decide before you've had a chance to try them. If you've been taking it and it isn't working for you, email info@elementaledgehealth.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your order in full.

You don't need to send the bottle back — please just dispose of it. One refunded order per customer.

If it's unopened

Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange the return. For U.S. orders we'll send you a prepaid return label. For orders outside the U.S., get in touch before sending anything back and we'll find the best way to handle it — international return postage can cost more than the order, so there's usually a simpler answer.

Once the return reaches us we'll refund you in full, including any shipping you paid.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Have a look at your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, incorrect or missing, email us a photo and we'll replace it or refund it straight away. No return needed, and no 30-day limit on this one — if we got it wrong, we fix it.

How long refunds take

We'll confirm by email as soon as we've processed it. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually land within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. If it's been more than 15 business days since we confirmed, email us and we'll chase it.

Exchanges

Simplest route is to let us refund the order and place a new one for whatever you'd rather have.

Gift cards

Gift cards can't be refunded.

EU customers — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships to the European Union you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, without giving one. Email us and we'll arrange it. This sits alongside the 30-day guarantee above rather than instead of it — whichever gives you more, you get.
